Wintershall’s Bible Drama actors come together to create exciting workshops for schools, church groups and others. We are currently offering a number of different themed workshops, including Advent, Lent and The Easter Passion
Suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 children, our Advent workshops are an excellent introduction to the Nativity story, but they also encourage a deeper exploration of the meaning of Christmas for Christians.
We are now able to offer our Advent workshops in schools – we will bring our travelling live crib to a school playground or field and run a day of workshops for the whole school, while ensuring Government guidelines are being followed. When everything else is cancelled, this is a truly unique and special way to celebrate Advent together. at the end of term.
All our workshops are run in partnership with schools, so can be tailored to meet an individual school’s needs;please get in touch to discuss any particular requirements you may have.

As an EYFS teacher, I am always looking for ways to truely engage younger children in Christian stories. This workshop offered an opportunity for pupils to dig deeper into the Nativity, and the take home storybags meant they could retell what they had learnt to everyone at home too!
Thank you so much to you and all of your staff for an excellent day which allowed the Y6 pupils to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas – it will surely be an experience they will never forget.Headteacher
We were so impressed with the way we were looked after from the moment we arrived to the time we got back on the coach. It really helped the children and staff to focus on the real meaning of Christmas at such a hectic time of year. Everything was of such a high standard and thoughtfully done. Thank you so much for a very special day. We loved it. You are really living out the Gospel. Deputy Headteacher
